How to Use this Bed Size Comparison Calculator
The tool is actually quite easy to use. You just need to choose a bed size standard from the dropdown list and add it to the chart for size comparison. With respect to removing any figure, you can achieve that under the ‘Remove’ tab.
Please note also you can modify the position of any figure on the chart by dragging.
It’s worth noting there is a maximum number of 4 figures that can be added to the chart along with the adult figure. Of course, you can always remove existing figures if you reach the limit and want to add new ones.
In order to get the best visual results for comparing mattress sizes, try to do the following:
- When using a mobile device, make the view horizontal (i.e. landscape orientation)
- Access the tool from a computer or large tablet if at all possible

All the size data for beds used inside the tool was retrieved from Wikipedia.
Please note that with the exception of US, UK, and Netherlands; all countries measure the bed by the frame rather than the mattress. But that still shouldn’t make much of a difference in the comparison calculator here.

It’s also worth mentioning that we included an accurate pillow size in all the bed figures. Its measurement is based on the standard pillow size which is 51×66 cm (20×26″).
Conclusion
Whatever bed sizes you want to compare, this accurate online tool will help you out. You just need to choose the desired size standards to add them to the chart. There is also an adult figure in case you need it for the comparison.
It’s worth mentioning the chart axis shows the length measurement in both metric (i.e. centimeters) and imperial units (i.e. feet and inches). So, you won’t need to worry about unit conversion.
We hope the calculator will help you in choosing the right mattress for your bedroom no matter where you live.
